My only appointments were for my initial visit, picking up the trays, when I finished my trays, and picking up my retainers. "Wow, this place is really good for Invisalign treatment. Orthodontists are great at their job. Support staff is very professional and helpful. Their Clinic comes under Invisalign Platinum providers and I think they deserve that tag.My original treatment estimate was ~18 months including but diligently wearing aligners for 21-22 hours/day and the expertise of doctors here have got me close to the finish line in just 32 weeks (~8.5 months).Pretty happy with the treatment so far. This clinic on slightly expensive side (compared to other quotes I had), but I’ll gladly pay for the experts here for a faster treatment rather than cheaper but longer (and maybe less effective) treatment."

But let me tell you if you are also an older patient: when you come to McClellan and Sagun, you are walking into a different world! "I love this practice! While they are not the least expensive option, I fully believe that they are consistently doing the right thing for me and my children. They always take the time to explain what's going on, and answer questions. Each and every member of the staff is cheerful, helpful, and knowledgable on how to navigate this process. They will give honest feedback, and do what they can to accommodate our schedules, which is a real trick when you consider the amount of times that a patient gets seen over the years. Highly recommend!!!Adding to this review on 3/9/18 - Dr. McClellan and Dr. Sagun have been amazing since the day my daughters became patients. I have continued to express my gratitude and appreciation for the care they have given my twins. Dr. McClellan/Dr. Sagun were our third orthodontist attempt and they had come highly recommended. Both of my girls needed to have their jaws expanded however this practice does so with braces rather than the expander that nearly all other orthodontists recommend. The expanding braces are wonderful and my daughters are much happier than with an expander (which we did have at one point and it has to be removed due to another orthodontists error).Having said all of that, one of my daughters had an issue that resulted in me calling the off hours phone. Her wire and slipped and it was lodged into her cheek (for days, unbeknownst to me). When I realized the pain she was in and how the wire was literally stuck into her cheek I called immediately. Dr. Sagun was truly incredible. He never even suggested my daughter wait until Monday, rather he met us at the office at 6pm on a Saturday evening (taking time from his wife and children) and helped my daughter. She was scared because she wasn't sure how he was going to get the wire dislodged but he was extremely gentle and caring and eased my daughter's anxiety within seconds. Less than 2 minutes later her wire was fixed and she was thrilled. I could never thank Dr. Sagun enough for taking the time to help us. When I realized how much pain my daughter was in and I could not help her, I was scared as well but I am so grateful that I called Dr. Sagun. I didn't think this practice could be better than what we had experienced up until this past week, but then they went ahead and they have exceeded any expectation I could have ever had! I am thankful every day that we found these wonderful doctors. Not to mention their teeth are looking fantastic!"

A metal wire on my daughter's braces came out of place over the Labor Day weekend and she was in significant discomfort. We followed the self-help directions on the office web site, but to no avail. Desperate to help her, I left a message on Labor Day on the office answering machine, but really didn't expect a response given it was a holiday. I got a call back within minutes from Dr. Tim Sagun who, much to my amazement, offered to drive up at that moment from the city to meet us at the office to fix the problem. Forty-five minutes later we met Dr. Sagun at the office and he fixed the broken wire. He couldn't have been nicer about it and my daughter could enjoy the rest of her holiday. "About twenty years ago, as an adult, I had traditional braces. The braces worked but no retainer was suggested so my teeth shifted back. An important person in my life suggested McClellan Orthodontics. I went to my first appointment not knowing what to expect. Dr. Mart Mcclellan was very thorough and presented all possible options. Dr. Mcclellan has a great personality and made me feel very comfortable. Since then I have selected the treatment best suited for me. I want to take this opportunity to mention some of the special people that have helped me so far. Nia did the X-rays, took the impressions and placed the anchors on my teeth and explained how to put on and take off the Invisalign braces. She is very friendly and nice and explained everything she was going to do to help me to be prepared for everything. The other person worth mentioning is the office manager Patti who has made all my appointments and always greets me with a smile. Every business should have people like Nia and Patti. I very much recommend McClellan Orthodontics to anyone in need of services they provide due to Dr. Mart McClellan and Nia and Patti.
